Entity Network — content-pipeline

A newsroom, not a prompt

Strategist, researcher, writer, and editor — each a specialist entity with one job. Your article passes through all of them before you ever see it.

Editorial review loop

The editor approves the draft — or sends it back to the writer with revision notes. Up to two full rounds, exactly like a real desk.

YouTube → original article

Drop any video URL and the entity writes a brand-new article from the concept, adapted to your client’s voice, audience, and market.

Research that digs

PAA questions, related searches, autocomplete, and Reddit threads — every angle your audience actually asks about, gathered before a word is written.

Writes like a person

A dedicated humanization pass strips the tells of AI writing — inflated symbolism, robotic patterns, filler — before anything reaches review.

Visuals included

Branded charts, infographics, and thumbnails generated alongside the article — the draft arrives ready to publish, not ready to decorate.

Also in this module
  • Oversight modes — review every stage, or approve once at the end
  • Internal links embedded from the site’s page index as it writes
  • Batch mode — queue ten topics, wake up to ten drafts
  • A reality-check gate audits quality before anything is delivered
  • Export as HTML or Markdown, or publish to WordPress behind your approval
  • Every article logged to the client’s changelog — nothing gets rewritten by accident

A pillar-to-cluster-to-article hierarchy generated per site, built from what's already ranking and what isn't. Every cluster is colored by coverage, every gap becomes a queued brief, and the Build Order tells the newsroom exactly what to write next.

FAQ

Straight answers

What happens if the editor rejects a draft?

The draft goes back to the writer with specific revision notes, gets rewritten, and is re-submitted — up to two full rounds. You only see content that survived editorial review.

Can it write in my client’s voice?

Yes. Each client site carries a brand tone and style configuration, and the writer loads it before drafting. A plumber’s blog and a law firm’s blog don’t sound alike.

Can I batch-produce content?

Yes — queue ten topics and the pipeline runs them back to back unattended, resolving audience and content type from each client’s config. Pair it with a schedule and content ships weekly without a trigger.

Will the content sound like AI wrote it?

That’s exactly what the humanization pass exists for. It runs on every draft, hunting the patterns readers and detectors flag — and one documented sweep took a page from position 17 to 7.8 in a week.

Is the YouTube article just a transcript?

No. The video is the seed idea — the entity extracts the topic and the angles worth keeping, then writes an original article from scratch in your client’s brand voice, for your client’s audience. Nothing is copied.

How does publishing to WordPress work?

Articles land in WordPress as drafts via the REST API — title, meta, featured image, formatting — using per-client credentials that never mix. You preview inside Orchestror and publish with one click, behind an approval gate. Entities also speak Elementor natively: they build and edit pages widget by widget on the client’s site.

Which model writes the drafts?

Your call — writers run on Claude or Codex, switchable per entity. Brand voice, coverage map, and target queries travel with the entity, not the model, so you can compare runners and keep whichever writes better for each client.
