The Problem

Most AI tools advise.
We execute.

There's a gap between what AI recommends and what actually ships. Orchestror closes it — same request, very different outcome.

GENERIC AI CHAT
Improve the SEO on my service pages

Here are some recommendations:

  • You should optimize your title tags…
  • Consider adding internal links…
  • You might want to update thin content…
  • It's advisable to review your schema…

No 40-page reports. No copy-paste to-do lists. Entities do the work, show the receipts, and wait for your sign-off.

The Stack Problem

Your agency already has AI.
It just isn't a system.

Every account manager has ChatGPT in one tab and Semrush in another. Each works fine alone — but there's no shared memory, no record of what shipped, and no gate before something reaches a client. Orchestror turns scattered tools and scattered AI into one operation: verified, visible, and logged.

Capability
The usual stack
Orchestror
Knowing where you stand
GSC in one tab, GA4 in another, Looker Studio duct-taping them together
Ask in chat — the answer comes from your live GSC and GA4 data
Planning what’s next
Semrush exports in a spreadsheet — you connect rankings, pages, and hunches by hand
Entities score every opportunity against what your site already covers
Writing content
Paste context into ChatGPT and hope — it has no idea what the site already covers
Writers spawn with your brand voice, coverage map, and target queries built in
Quality control
A 0–100 score you can’t interrogate — and nobody checks what actually shipped
Claims verified against the database, risky runs blocked before they start
Watching ad spend
Download the search terms report, eyeball it in Excel, add negatives "someday"
Specialists mine N-grams for wasted spend — negative lists arrive ready to approve
Publishing & reporting
Copy into WordPress by hand, screenshot dashboards into the deck every month
Approved drafts ship themselves; branded reports send on schedule
The whole loop
Semrush → Sheets → ChatGPT → WordPress → Looker. Every arrow is you.
Research → write → verify → approve → publish. One thread.
How entities work

An Operation That
Orchestrates Itself

Not another dashboard. Entities that delegate, verify their own claims, and pause for your sign-off before anything ships.

Entities That Delegate

Ask for a content refresh — watch one entity spawn researchers, writers, and reviewers, live in the chat.

✓ Verified"Published to WordPress" — run found in database

Verified Before. Verified After.

The Cognitive Gate blocks reckless runs pre-execution. The Truth Layer checks every claim against the database after. No silent failures, no hallucinated wins.

FAQ

Common questions,
straight answers.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Orchestror is entirely chat-driven. You type a request like "/gsc-opportunities" or "write a blog post about X" and your entities handle everything — API calls, research, writing, publishing. Zero coding required.

How do entities connect to my client's WordPress site?

Each site gets its own isolated config — you enter the WordPress URL and an Application Password (generated from WP Admin in 30 seconds). The publishing entity can draft, preview, or publish directly. No plugins, no webhooks to set up.

Is my GSC and GA4 data secure?

Yes. Each site authenticates via OAuth with the minimum required Google scopes. Credentials are stored encrypted per-site and never shared across clients. Your data is used only to generate the analysis you request — it is never used to train models.

What happens if an entity makes a mistake?

Every action that publishes, modifies, or sends something externally requires your explicit approval before it ships. Entities draft and propose — you review and approve. This Human-in-the-Loop gate means nothing goes live without you seeing it first.

Can I manage multiple client sites from one account?

Yes. Multi-site management is a core feature. Each site has its own isolated credentials, brand voice, entity configuration, and data. Switching between clients takes one click, and the proposal scales with your roster.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients run their first GSC analysis and publish their first AI-assisted article within the first 24 hours. Measurable SEO improvement depends on your content cadence and site authority — in one documented case, a single entity-run content sweep moved a page from position 17 to 7.8 in one week.

Can I schedule entities to run automatically?

Yes. The Schedules feature lets you set any entity to run on a schedule — weekly GSC reports every Monday, daily GBP post generation, bi-weekly content briefs. You get notified when they run and can review the output before anything publishes.

Doesn't running AI on every client burn through tokens?

Less than you'd think. Data-heavy work — GSC pulls, crawls, backlink crunching — runs in plain code, and only the computed result reaches the model. The same job that costs a browser agent ~200,000 tokens costs an entity about 1,500 — that's what makes weekly sweeps across a full roster affordable.

Which AI models does Orchestror run on?

Claude and Codex today, selectable per entity, per skill, and per workflow. Entities are defined by their instructions and client context — not the model underneath — so when the next great model ships, it plugs in as one more runner, with no migration.

What does getting a proposal look like?

One call. We walk through your roster, the channels you want the entities running, and how hands-on you want us — and you have a number typically within 48 hours. No feature matrix to decode: every proposal includes the full platform.

Can we afford to run this across our whole roster?

That's the design goal. Data pulls and number-crunching run in plain code — entities only spend tokens on reasoning — so a weekly sweep across 60 clients costs a fraction of what agent-style tools burn on a single account. Schedule it once and stop watching the meter.

How does custom pricing work?

There are no plans or tiers. Your proposal is shaped by three dimensions — how many clients you run, which channels the entities cover and how often, and how hands-on you want us. Everything is included at every size; you never pay to unlock a feature. One call, and you have a number within 48 hours. Your AI and data usage isn't part of the fee — Claude, OpenAI, and your data providers bill you directly, at cost, on your own accounts.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual terms are available on any engagement and include a meaningful discount vs. monthly. It's part of the proposal conversation: hello@orchestror.com.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — monthly engagements can be cancelled any time with no penalty, and your data and configurations are exportable on the way out. Annual engagements run to the end of their period.

AI Agents for SEO: What They Really Automate in 2026 (and What Still Needs You)

If you run an agency or lead an SEO team, you have heard “AI SEO agent” enough times to be suspicious of it. Half the pitches promise a robot that runs your whole search program while you sleep. The other half are a chatbot with a new logo. Here is the straight version. In 2026, […]

AI Marketing Software for Agencies: How to Choose (2026)

Every quarter you run the tool-subscription audit you dread. You open the billing page, scroll a list of logos you half-remember approving, and try to justify each one to yourself. Agency Workflow Automation with AI: How to Stop Being the Integration Layer
