Every GBP review in one inbox with AI-drafted replies — and a heat map of local rankings that shows exactly where you win and where you don’t.
Request AccessEvery review, one inbox
All your Google Business Profile reviews pulled into a single dashboard — rating distribution at a glance, filtered by what still needs a reply.
AI reply drafts
Professional responses drafted in your client’s brand voice — thank the 5-stars, defuse the 1-stars. One click to review and post.
Multi-location view
Ten locations, one screen. Aggregate ratings, per-location breakdowns, and the outliers that need attention surfaced first.
Local heat map
A grid of local ranking positions across the service area — see exactly which neighborhoods you own and where a competitor outranks you.
Trend tracking
Review snapshots over time: rating trajectory, review velocity, and reply coverage — so slow decay never goes unnoticed.
Entities work it too
Review monitoring plugs into schedules and chat. Ask "any reviews that need attention this week?" and get the list with drafts ready.

not just your pin.
Business density and competitor count for any service area — how crowded the map actually is, layered right on top of where you rank.
Straight answers
Do replies post automatically?
No — drafts are prepared for you, but a human posts them. Review replies are public and permanent, so they sit behind the same approval philosophy as everything else in Orchestror.
How does the local heat map work?
The service area is sampled as a grid of points, and local rankings are checked from each one. The result is a map of positions — not one number, but how visibility actually varies street by street.
Can it handle multiple locations per client?
Yes. Reviews aggregate across every location on the profile, with per-location filtering — a franchise with ten branches is one dashboard, not ten tabs.
Does the AI know my client’s tone?
Drafts load the client’s brand voice from their site config — the same voice used across content. A plumber and a law firm don’t reply to reviews the same way.
Can we track rankings for every client, every week?
Yes — grid scans run as scheduled code, not model work, so weekly map coverage across your whole roster doesn’t eat your token budget. The entity reads the computed movements and flags what changed.
