Rivals found from SERPs

Pick a keyword and Orchestror pulls who actually ranks around you — real search competitors, not the list your client assumes.

Domain comparison matrix

Traffic, keyword counts, and referring domains side by side — your site highlighted in the row where it stands.

Keyword gaps

Every query a competitor ranks for that you don’t, scored by value. The content roadmap writes itself.

Backlink gap

Domains linking to your rivals but not to you — a prioritized prospect list instead of a cold-outreach guess.

SERP feature analysis

Who owns the snippets, packs, and panels on your money keywords — and which features are actually winnable.

Share of voice

One number per rival: how much of the search demand each domain captures. Track it moving after every campaign.

  • Adjustable depth per run — quick metrics, standard, or full backlink analysis
  • Reports saved per client, so quarter-over-quarter movement is visible
  • Rank Intel — check what any domain ranks for today, yours or a rival's, without running the full matrix
  • Depth you dial per run — quick metrics in ~30s for pennies, standard with keyword gaps in ~90s, full with the backlink gap in ~3 minutes — never more than ~$0.25
  • Five-tab result per run, plus a downloadable branded HTML report
  • Brand mentions, scored — who's talking about you across the web, with a positive/negative/neutral split share of voice alone won't show you

FAQ

Straight answers

Where does the competitive data come from?

Live SERP sampling plus a commercial SEO data provider for domain metrics, keyword overlap, and backlink profiles — pulled on demand, not from a stale monthly export.

How are competitors chosen?

You pick a seed keyword (or accept a suggested one) and the platform surfaces the domains actually ranking around you in the SERPs. You confirm the shortlist before any deep analysis runs.

How deep does the analysis go?

You choose per run across three concrete tiers: a quick pass with domain metrics only (about 30 seconds, roughly $0.05), a standard pass adding keyword gaps and SERP features (about 90 seconds, roughly $0.20), or a full pass including the backlink gap (about 3 minutes, roughly $0.25). Depth trades time for completeness.

Can this feed the content plan?

Yes — keyword gaps flow into the same intelligence your entities use. A gap found here can become a brief, a draft, and a published article without leaving the platform.

What does a full competitor matrix cost to run?

The matrix — domain metrics, keyword gaps, backlink gaps, share of voice — is computed in deterministic pipelines before any entity reads it. Tokens go to the strategic read, not to chewing through raw exports, so running it per client on demand stays cheap.

Does this track brand mentions, not just keyword rankings?

Yes — alongside the domain and keyword-gap matrix, Orchestror tracks web mentions of your brand with a sentiment split (positive/negative/neutral) and the pages driving them, so reputation shifts show up before a client asks about them.
